Sanctuary Oysters come from a lagoon at the end of the earth. An untouched and idyllic place far away from modern civilization, at the heart of the El Vizcaino UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, in Baja California. A place where many biological wonders thrive, including nursery pods of grey whales.
For over 20 years, our oysters have been celebrated worldwide for their superb quality, and impeccable clean taste.

Our pacific oysters are nourished by filter feeding on natural, cold and nutrient-rich phytoplankton.
Our French above-seabed growing technology optimizes the tidal current’s ability to nutritiously feed and cleanse our treasured oysters. Resulting in delicious oysters with remarkable texture and appearance.
